We are an established local, Rarotonga company with professional and knowledgeable staff.
We offer a complete inbound service - with no service fees.
Our personal relationship with staff and management of our accommodation providers enables us to advise on anything – however small.
We are more likely to find space for your clients when the usual travel booking channels tell you that there is none.
If this is your first association with Cook Islands Holidays then we will require your IATA number or other proof of agency accreditation.
How to book:
Please go though our Rarotonga and Aitutaki accommodation pages and request what is right for your clients.
Send us an email (via the agents booking/request form) We will quickly reply with a confirmation or an alternative offer thereby saving you time and money.
We will, if requested, arrange airport meet and greet and transfers and rental vehicles, weddings, sights etc.
Air travel (including Air Rarotonga) should be arranged through your usual channels.
How to pay:
We will invoice you by email for all arrangements once confirmed In New Zealand Dollars.
Cancellation and amendment conditions will accompany the invoice.
We will ask for prepayment by Telegraphic bank transfer , bank draft, or in cases of late bookings – Visa or Master cards may be acceptable, but will attract a 4% surcharge.
New Zealand bank cheques are also acceptable.
