Located in the Cook Islands on the quiet side of Rarotonga, this historic residence is close to Wigmore's superstore and within easy access to wonderful restaurants. Directly across the road there is a very quiet stretch of beach, excellent for kayaking, snorkeling and swimming.
There is a shady lawn and picnic table on the beachside, and the sand is just metres steps from the front verandah.
