Black Rock Villas is a special place located on the Western side of Rarotonga, across the road from the beach & enjoying spectacular views & sunsets.
The property is set amid a lush tropical garden all designed to enhance your feeling of relaxation.
Each of the 2 spacious villas offer two [2] En-suite bathrooms.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are designed with the tropics in mind & all windows and ranch sliders are screened for your comfort.
The beds are queen size and comfortable, while showers are roomy. A walk-in wardrobe with its own ventilation provides ample storage space and houses a safe for your valuables.
Each villa has a private garden with BBQ, a large covered verandah lagoon side, outdoor furniture and loungers & there is a shared outdoor oven, all of which allows you to enjoy outdoor living.
Care has been taken in both the design and interior of these villas with a modern finish.
The contemporary design extends to the appliances in the kitchen which include a dishwasher, microwave, full fridge freezer, gas cooker and all the other necessary items required to cook with ease.
The water is UV-filtered and perfect for drinking and is heated by solar power.
Both Villas have roof overlaps and screened windows to provide good airflow and to ensure privacy.
A full laundry service & cooking is available; price will be quoted on request. Fruit basket on arrival.
For your entertainment there is a 29" TV and DVD with a telephone and telephone jack for your computer. The living area features comfortable seating for TV viewing, reading and relaxing.
Black Rock Villas are ideal for 2 couples or families of 4, however extra sleeping for another 1 or 2 can be arranged on request & is better suited to families.
As this is off the beach living, great thought has been taken with the inclusion of a horizon pool.
The large pool is designed with the serious swimmer in mind: it is 1.6 m deep and 16m long. It is a fresh salt water pool, caring for guests and the environment by using no chlorine.
Children should naturally be supervised at all times.
It is not far to a variety of restaurants & the golf course is just next door if you feel like some gentle exercise.
All in all, this is a wonderful spot to relax & chill out without the hustle & bustle of bigger properties.
